The AIA Caucus Meeting will be held Sunday, July 1 from 1PM to 4PM at Colonial Heights High School.

Schedule of Fees

Membership in Atlantic Indoor Association renews each fall opening in the month of September. Payment for membership dues may be paid online with a credit card or a check may be mailed. Contest registrations will be postmarked according to the time payment is received at which time registration is confirmed. Details for payment and submission will be included as part of the registration process. Registration must be completed separately for EACH competing unit.

Schedule of Fees

Annual Membership: $300 (add $50 after January 1st)
Annual membership in AIA provides member organizations access to educational resources and clinics, preferred timestamps for AIA Contests, access to the circuit directory and provides eligibility to participate in Circuit Championships. Membership payments received after January 1 of each calendar year will incur a $50 late fee. Membership will not be available after February 1 of each calendar year.

Contest Entry Fee (AIA Member): $60
The member contest entry fee is only available to AIA Member Organizations. Each competing unit must register and submit this fee to be eligible to compete. 

Contest Entry Fee (Non Member): $125
Non-member units may compete at an AIA contest (excluding championships). Non-member units will perform first in class regardless of registration time stamp.

Circuit Championships Entry Fee: $100
Eligibility to compete in Circuit Championships is limited to qualifying AIA Member Units.

No Show/Cancellation Penalty: $100
Units that do not show for a registered contest or drop after the contest schedule is posted are assessed a fee in addition to their event registration. This is due before the unit may compete again.
