Atlantic Indoor Association is a not for profit 501(c)3 member organization operating under the leadership of the Executive Board of Directors as elected by the general membership. In addition to the eboard leadership, there are multiple non-voting appointed staff positions created to manage and organize the operations of the circuit. AIA operating procedures are governed by the organizations Bylaws and Rules and Regulations documents. A link to those documents is provided below. Board of Director positions are designated as follows in accordance with AIA Bylaws and serve a two year staggered term. Vacancies may be filled by a majority appointment of the Executive Board.
